15-coach Kalyan-CSMT UP fast local train were impacted. Central Railway alerted commuters about the derailment and informed them that train diversions were in place. Earlier on Sunday, a technical issue with an overhead equipment (OHE) bracket arm caused a disruption on the Karjat-Bhivpuri section, halting the S16 local train at kilometer 98/36.
