Sultanpur, and Ayodhya on October 17th. The 20808/20807 Amritsar-Visakhapatnam Hirakund Express will have a two-minute stop at Bhodwal Majri station from October 21st to November 21st. The railway stations of Kochuveli and Nemom have been renamed to Thiruvananthapuram North and Thiruvananthapuram South, respectively. The 18237/18238 Korba-Amritsar Chhattisgarh Express will have a stop at Katol station, and the 11040/11039 Gondia-Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus will have a trial stop at Puntamba station for six months.

Two coaching trains have been diverted due to maintenance work between Dholpur and Hetampur stations on the North Central Railway's mainline. Two night express trains have been diverted due to heavy rainfall predictions on the Kottavalasa - Kirandul line. The MGR Chennai Central - Santragachi - MGR Chennai Central, and Tambaram - Santragachi - Tambaram weekly special trains will have additional stops at Srikakulam Road and Brahmapur stations.
