The most extensive special train services will be available during Dussehra, with 14 services connecting cities like Bengaluru, Vijayapura, Yesvantpur, Belagavi, Mysuru, and Chamarajanagar, operating between October 9 and 14, 2024. Notably, daily services will run between Mysuru and Bengaluru for five consecutive days during Dussehra (train numbers 06279/06280 and 06285/06286). The train will run from September 3rd to 24th, departing Kochuveli at 6:05 PM and arriving in Bengaluru the next day at 10:55 AM. The return journey will be from September 4th to 25th, departing Bengaluru at 12:45 PM and arriving in Kochuveli the next day at 6:45 AM. The train will make stops at several stations including Quilon, Kayamkulam, Mavelikara, Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Chengannur, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Thrissur, Palakkad, Podanur, Tirupur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Bangarapet, and Krishnarajapuram.
