Additionally, the weekly superfast special train departing from Chennai Central on Friday at 7 PM, heading to Nagercoil (train number 12689), will be diverted via Salem, Erode, Thrissur, Kollam, and Thiruvananthapuram. The train departing from Nagercoil on 25th at 7.35 PM, heading to Chennai Central (train number 12690), will be diverted via Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Thrissur, Erode, and Salem.
