Itanagar will definitely get a Rajdhani.I am thinking if RSA is possible with slip raj coaches coming from Dekargaon.That will make it ITANAGAR/TEZPUR RAJDHANI.Same is the case with a direct SF train to KOLKATA(KOAA).NAHARLAGUN/DEKARGAON-KOLKATA SF EXP can be there with maximum emphasis on stoppages between Naharlagun/Dekargaon and Rangiya Jn and minimum emphasis between RNY and KOAA.Should have odd timings between RNY and KOAA.QUOTA should be maximum between DEKARGAON/NAHARLAGUN and RNY(some quota for NBQ,NCB,NJP).Though personnaly agains the concept of slip coaches but this arrangement will help in accomodating the newly connected areas of NE;Itanagar and Tezpur!!!!!!!!

The NE railway has 3 divisons varanasi ,Lucknow and izzat nagar.I donot know exact no of trains starting from izzat nagar.But its still very less.
Now there a large number of trains orignating or entering at varanasi,but most of them(except a few) belongs to or controlled by NR LKO divison.
Similar is situation at charbag railway station lucknow.Most of them train belongs to NR.

There are many such eg Divisional HQ need not be a primary terminating station. Chakradharpur is a Divsnl HQ & doesnt originate any significant trains.Trains are mainly originated from TATA.Rangiya(NFR),Sonpur(ECR),Lumding(NFR),Adra(SER),Tinsukia(NFR), are Divisional HQ but only originates few passengers.
