The new railway minister has directed that all staff of the minister’s cell will work in two shifts from 7 am to midnight. A circular issued on Thursday said the staff will be on duty in two shifts – 7 am to 4 pm and 3 pm to midnight

Complete Privatization won't happen. The Land and assets will always be with Govt. Govt earns huge revenue from Goods. Yes Govt have some social responsibility towards the normal, so called middle class and poor peoples by running passengers and locals, which run at minimum or no profit. Privatization will be liked by high class peoples and those who are not working in Govt sectors.
To some extent the employees are responsible for privatization, moreover the system of recruitment in the nation where actually 10 out of 100 people are capable or eligible for their post.

the admin system was greatly flawed, one basically needed friendship or loyalty with existing powerful admins to become an admin.

know how of trains, blogging contributed to 25% of the scoring (thought it was advertised as sole criteria), while loyalty to a faction, ability to ambush rival factions posts, friendship with powerful admins contributed the remaining 75%. ...
