CLW’S ELAAU , DANKUNI ROLLS OUT FIRST LOCOMOTIVE
ON INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY
CHITTARANJAN, 8thMarch 16 ; The First Electric Locomotive ( WAG-9 type No.31713 ) from Electric Locomotive Assembly & Ancillary Unit ( ELAAU) at Dankuni of Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW) was flagged off by Smt. Rina Adhikary, Chief Office Suptd. / Personnel , the senior most lady employee of this unit and dedicated it to the service of the nation in a simple ceremony inside the shop on 08.03.16 to mark the International Women’s Day. Smt. Amita Tayal, President/Chittaranjan Locomotive Works Women’s Welfare Organisation (CLWWWO) along with other members of CLWWWO attended this International Women’s Day function at Dankuni.
Shri C.P.Tayal, General Manager/ CLW; Shri S.K.Agarwal, Chief Electrical Engineer/Dankuni; Shri Punkaj Gupta, Chief Electrical Engineer ; Smt.Pragya Shangari, FA&CAO; Shri S.Barik, Controller of Stores; Shri B.R.Kanwar, Chief Engineer; Shri G.Srinivasa Rao, Chief Personnel Officer; Shri Rajib Rai/CEE(Loco)/Dankuni and Shri V.Murli Mohan, FA&CAO/Dankuni were all present along with other officers of CLW.
On the occasion, Shri Tayal, GM/CLW, appreciated the efforts for such successful endeavor and flagging of first locomotive on the International Women’s Day by Electric Locomotive Assembly & Ancillary Unit ( ELAAU) of CLW at Dankuni.
A group award of Rs. 50,000/- was announced by the General Manager to the Electric Locomotive Assembly & Ancillary Unit (ELAAU) for their successful endeavor.

vo system follow hona chaeye in CST-HWH route me as he doesnt see LHB for Jnaneswari Gitanjali etc.

I hope that the matter is clear u cannot compare a congested route to normal routes.
LHB is their desperate need to run trains which were started with 110 mps timetable
But the same 110 mps timetable cannot be achieved without 130 mps now

we will run bsp bgkt at 110 only most probably or even lhb gitanjali or jnaneswari at 110 only even after 130 mps track upgradation.
simple reason is jnaneswari n gitanjali never suffered frm normally running 6 hrs late on avg with 110 mps timetable

support SECR properly. not just for DFC but being a part of High speed quadrilateral group.
It is independent zone segregated from SER, SER lacks 3phase n SECR has it.
I even know 110 kmph mps run of Jnaneswari in SECR. I know its potentials of upgradation

Lastly, in 2013 I did travel in 12860 from Kharagpur to Tata in sleeper and Tata to KYN in 3AC, both which I found clean /blog/post/808042 .
Now, Again my 12859 experience has been wonderful. Here is the pic of Cleaning staff of SER in EcoR train and passengers of CR :)
Floors were cleaned. Toilets too were ok neither good nor bad. Infact the toilet of sleeper coach of ERS Duronto was more dirtier.

Little bit Speeding up is possible for this train but 1 hr full speed is not possible.
And If the departure from HWH is made late, then it will arrive CSTM by 10 pm which will be bit late.
And also Proper LHB standard PM will not be possible at CSTM as yard will get only one night i.e 8 hrs for it. if it would have been day time arrivals in CR like Jnaneswari or Azad hind , then PM is easier. But late night arrival and quickly early morning departure

will not help the maintenance of train. Instead let the PM be with SER i.e after LHB introduction, let this ICF rake be dedicated to Shri jagannath completely and Gitanjali be given LHB. And the Departure timing at HWH be made bit early like 11 am or 12.30 pm so that it arives CSTM bit early evening. And similarly departure from Mumbai be made bit late (6am is too early) like 7 am or 8 am similar to Pushpak express.

ICF rake CR rake of 2101/2102/2103/2104 was transferred to NR for 2421/2422/2443/2444 BBS Rajdhani frequency increase via TATA.
And Howrah Super Deluxe became Jnaneswari SF while NGP Super Deluxe became Samarsata SF.
Later on, it was not converted back to ACSF but remained degraded as sleeper SF.
