No admin. Construction of Y leg cabin is already approved by IR, Tender has already done. Work has started. right now earth filling is in progress. After complition of Y leg, we need no use of Eklakhi station for trains going towards KIR and NJP route. At that time we will reschudle the train by 20 minutes from BLGT.

As per blog post /blog/post/5930998 by Aditya Sharma, IR has decided to run Vizag-Gorakhpur train having timings VSKP 22.20; GKP 15.20 & in return GKP 15.35; VSKP 09.05|| But the timings given is the most horrible one. Hence I am making a speedy version of VSKP-GKP Train. Return as 15032:- GKP 16.55; AY 20.05; PRYJ 00.10; BSP 12.25; BBS 21.40; VSKP 04.25||

The possible downside is that many trains[ super fast ones] share this time slot for going towards GKP as well; coming via GD, so IR might have difficulty adjusting it.
