I raised an SMS on-board compliant on 3rd July 2014 travelling from YPR to CBE by this train about having no water supply in the toilet, as soon as we departed YPR.
I got an SMS back saying they would resolve it.
I didn't need water after that so didn't bother to check much into the case as I was travelling with my family and they needed my attention.

more... went asleep soon after departing BAND. Woke up at 2:30 am and found that we haven't arrived at SA yet. Got shocked. Overall it reached CBE a 1.5 hrs late.
Forgot the incident. After nearly 50 days,
Yesterday 26th August 2014, I received an SMS reading, "Complaint
#S/SW/SBC/000031961: Adequate Water Couldn't be provided in all coaches as there was no water supply due to repairs in the civic lines. However message was given for water filling enroute."
Now I understand the reason for delayed arrival on that delay.
