This train needs slack only in between SBHR-MAJN and MAJN-KAWR and it had a collective slack of more than 2 hours in these sections. But now, the train has been slowed down in the SBC-SBHR section which makes no sense whatsoever. Slack time is provided at the destination and not at the source. If the arrival at MAJN was delayed to provide extra slack, it would have be justifiable. But not this. The train already had a grand 50 minutes to cover the 19 kilometer section and then again several tens of minutes...
