first year exams were finally over and it was time for the industrial tour. Our batch was visiting Chennai after a long time and all of us were pretty excited. I was booked on a APSRTC from my hostel in Puttaparthi and reached Bangalore at 7:45pm after a 4 hour back breaking ride. My parents were at SBC and I met them and had my first round of dinner. On PF2, the SF ICE from MAS(12609) arrived with a WAP7 from LGD. After my parents left for home by SBC-KAWR Express, 61 MBA students and 10 MTech students moved into the waiting hall. Udyan Express was backed into PF1 and it left promptly 8:30pm. At 9pm, my roommate's parents had bought dinner for all of us and we had our second round of dinner. 12609 was taken away by a derated KJM WDM2 and on PF3, Sanghamitra was resting. Our rake was backed in at 10:20pm. We were all scattered across coaches S6,S7 and S8. i was in S8 with my buddies and it was a brand new 2014 coach with bio-toilets. Me and my best bud were in the same bay as our teachers(Our Dy Director was to join us at BNC). The train left at 11pm and started picking up speed and reached BNC by 11;10pm. After welcoming our Dy Director, me and my best bud moved over to the first bay where most of our gang was settled. Shortly after some time, we came to an unscheduled halt at KJM, but what followed was pure power unleashed by the WAP7 beast. As we neared BWT, we had our third round dinner sitting on the Upper berths(masala Dosa, lemon rice, pickles, chikki and Cadbury silk). By 1, we all turned in but in what felt like a few seconds, I woke up to see PER at 4:20 and we were on the slow line!!! But mercifully, we were not detained anywhere else and were welcomed straight into MAS PF 10. near PER, we did cross an unknown train with a WAP4. We reahced MAS bang on at 4:40am with the HWH Mail on the other platform. Sai Samithi people were already at MAS to receive us and we proceeded to RA Puram to our rooms for a bath and leave for the Coca Cola plant in Nemam.
