Due to frequent Accident disturbances the service of the CRS are highly necessitated.So the regular Route inspection have been delayed and put into the beneficial usages of that new section are also delayed.Long pending Pollachi-Palakkad BG converted track inspection are also delayed
So additional 3 CRS circle have to be inducted for IR for the benefit of all the stake holders.

Additional 3 more CRS Circle is necessitated for speedy clearance of Railway Projects since IR projects are
activated fast with additional funds now by the present RM and frequent accident disturbances.
So Central Circle at Mumbai;,South Eastern Circle at Kolkata and Southern Circle at Bangalore have to be bifurcated effectively from the present 9 CRS circle to 12 CRS circle for the fast clearance of the New Lines / New Products etc.
