Loot to hai, but PT bhi khali nahi rahte ajkal.
Iska Matlab ye hai ki public ke liye paisa factor nahi hai aur ye Govt achhe se samjhati hai isliye PT QUOTA dheere dheere train me badhta ja raha hai.
U must say a very sharp and revenue generating idea by Govt. Though sufferers will be the common man...

Ask those who booked the train..even whn its slow & highly costly!!

People opted it because there is non availability of tickets in regular trains for same section of distance.
No one wants to travel in special train because they dont get priority over regular ones.

Thats wht Tatkal SPL/Suvidha are meant for!! Offer CNF Berth, as high charge keep spam brokers away!!
Else who gonna pay so high for Train & last moment high cost of flight..if thy hav CNF berth/seat??
U minimize price & open booking like normal along with lenient cancellation charges....there comes the agent in the pic, who gonna block the berth on grand opening day!!
