1. CM @Naveen_Odisha commended @PMOIndia proposal to setup NINEI at Bhubaneswar & sought early announcement & fund release for kickoff.
2. Introduce new train service from Puri to Mumbai via Sambalpur and Titlagarh (Not possible as no new trains this time).
3. DMU/MEMU services in Sambalpur-Jharsuguda-Rourkela, Cuttack-Paradeep, Bramhapur-Balasore & Rourkela-Keonjhar (Excellent demand).

5. Explore modalities to setup Mass Rapid Transport System in Bhubaneswar-Cuttack.
6. Modernize Bhubaneswar station, develop Naraj as green field station, upgrade Cuttack & Puri Station Buildings (CTC building is already on of the best).
7. Commence construction along Burhamura-Chakulia, Gunupur-Theruvelli and Banspani-Barbil.
8. Extend eastern dedicated freight corridor from Dankuni to Brahmapur for seamless movement of freight.
9. Railway link between Jeypore-Malkangiri & Jeypore-Nawrangpur.
10. Accord National Project status to Sambalpur-Berhampur and Raygada-Gopalpur rail link.
11. Expedite setup of JV for rail infraprojects & divisional HQs at Rayagada, Jajpur-Keonjhar Road & Rourkela.

Odisha deserves it because:
Odisha contributed in excess of Rs14000cr for 2014-15 to railways despite lower than national average rail density & route length.
Now that's some "noble" demands for odisha state.
