Well, unfortunately, that's the situation prevailing elsewhere too. The AC attendants are cahoots to this. My mom also had a similar bad experience in 2A and will you believe me if I say in the so-called King TN Express. IR may as well put up a note saying, "Management is not responsible for loss of valuables/luggage."
