the train is meant to connect bhopal with NCR region, extension to HBJ is justified.
easily 20 minutes can be saved (single journey) on other hand by removing dholpur, morena and lalitpur (6 minutes of halt time+15 minutes or so of slow down/speed up time lost) where you are neither inconveniencing terminal passengers nor seriously affecting intermediate ones (as evident from low revenues of these station) because of which you'd still arrive before 00:00 easily.
