Most probably not. as far as I know, you have to board before 9pm to get dinner.
The criteria for getting Dinner in Rajdhani Express is not boarding berofe 9 PM as I have got dinner while boarding in August Kranti Rajdhani Express at Bharuch where it reaches at 10 PM. I saw that people who boarded in Vadodara also got dinner. In your case you will probably get dinner. If everything is exhausted tell the pantry boy, he will surely arrange something for you. Wish you a happy journey.
22 40 hours it too late to provide dinner and you will surely not get it.
