Is this fault of IR or passenger ? In 3AC w/L68 issued ..... bsk is having only single 3A coach with handling capacity of 64 seats . In such circumstances railway issued such a wl which is higher than the coach capacity. Many times gnwl 9 doesnot get cnf and they are issuing 68+ . (Regret not camed yet)
What is the reason behind it ? Just for generating income through cancel charges or is it passenger's fault... that they are taking wl tkt in hope ; that it would get cnf ....
