Hereby, I have attached a map to explain the need to connect Hathras Road (KSJ-MTJ) in the second quadrant of Cartesian plane.
(Best wud b first quadrant mei hota, but by looking map, it seems dere are residential localities dere.)

1 trains from KSJ side can move towards TDL-CNB and
2 also a small link towards NDLS can send trains to NDLS too.
3 similarly a small link can after the perpendicular before Hathras Road can send trains to TDL-CNB directly without LR.
