Only now is the right time because earlier there required facility of loco change at KMZ, now there is no need due to completing electrification.
Also earlier, KMZ was not so developed, now more lines are being laid.
Also, Railway should make only 1.5 km long road along side KTE KMZ railline, this will not cost much and provide 05 min connectivity between kte and kmz
