There was a plan to make one more train terminus at the space occupied by Parel workshop which caters mainly to overhauling/assembling diesel locos and coaches. As things stand, railways is moving towards 100% electrification, thereby making things redundant for Parel workshop. Also, railways might be interested in using the staff quarters there to set up a new long distance terminal. For the record, Parel now already is a local terminal, set to get more trains originating/terminating there.
