The first Tejas had only one complaint -- passengers not returning the earphones. This latest Tejas is filled with complaints. Was NR staff not trained properly? Or was it too busy protesting against privatisation that it did not do the maintenance properly? Or is it really incompetent to maintain such an advanced rake? Or are there genuine thieves in NR staff who work hard to better their homes? Like having better cushions or taps/totis in their home?
