Your suggestions are good and useful. But CKP don't have Pitlines in use now, also there is no MEMU Shed in CKP Division. Only MEMU Shed in full SER is in Kharagpur. Every MEMU trains in SER runs with such an RSA link so that every rake goes to KGP MEMU CARSHED atleast 1 or 2 days in a week by someway. Your suggestions are:
1. ROU-TATA MEMU: This train is in a discussion stage, it will have RSA with some TATA MEMU and with lie-over RSA with ROU-JSG MEMU. 2 rakes will be needed. 1 rake will be of JSG-ROU MEMU and another rake with dome TATA MEMU required. This proposal is very good and much needed one.

more... CKP-ADRA MEMU: This MEMU you as a local railfan thinks is needed. Good suggestions. But rake RSA with some Adra MEMU is to be thought. ADRA-Barabhum MEMU if you want to extend to CKP another rake will be required.
3. CKP-DPS/BBN/KDJR MEMU: MEMU rake is again a problem here. RSA with some trains to be discussed. You proposal as a local railfan is good.
4. CKP-RNC ICE: Feseability needs to be studied, although a train is definitely required between these stations. Again CKP don't have Pitlines in use, rake is required from Ranchi. This kind of proposal i heard earlier also don't remember exactly where. HWH-CKP Pgr lie-over rake can be utilized here i think to run CKP-RNC Exp as unreserved Express. But TT needs to be checked if possible. I liked this proposal of yours. But RNC Division needs to accept on this based on platform availability at Ranchi in this time. Otherwise, Ranchi has to provide a rake for this train.
