Instead of a 14 coacher to PNBE, why not a 22 coacher to GKP via PNBE - PPTA, retaining all 14 coaches worth of quota for PNBE (so that nobody cries foul about having lost quota of seats) and a 11/11:30 GKP arrival. This will improve Kolkata Gorakhpur connectivity to the next level.
