For Mathura Jn I feel the work between BAD station is the reason for ur delay additional.
That was temporary had you travelled in last 1-2 months. After a lot of tracking (right from 22109/10) days and some observations in my travel, I found a lot of pain points which if rectified can really save another 15 mins of time for Rajdhani and Shatabdi. VB can save 20.

1. Nizamuddin to Okhla (we can give it up to terminal constraints but still needs to smooth out points for cross over to atleast 50 kmph with advanced technologies)
2. TKD - PWL : Except Shatabdi and Gatimaan not so much of MPS seen throughout. In every run there is a massive slowdown 2-3 times
3. HDL - KSV : Likely PSR ..need to revisit the reason
4. MTJ : Fair crossing speeds but it requires a complete advanced interlocking so as to make it fit for a more smoother crossing. MTJ BAD time can further be reduced.
5. RKM - AGC : Still a Pain in the neck. Still takes 7-15 mins to negotiate this 3 km stretch.
6. AGC BHA : the RKM AGC delays are usually added on in NTES in these section. So now you know where to look out for.
7. BHA - GWL - Datia : No complaints here as with Third line commissioning we can expect freights to be moved to third line keeping free more loops for M/Es
8. Datia - VGLJ : Need Introspection as Platform Allocation is haphazard at VGLJ so entire Datia VGLJ is clogged. Also if NCR Jhansi can work out, then can align Main lines to PF2 and PF 3 for quick arrival and dispersal of M/E traffic. Datia - Babina needs to have Auto signalling on priority. VGLJ A cabin needs some monitoring as LC gate delays trains .
9. LAR - Bina : Still on 120 ? Need to upgrade to 130 on priority if no major issue is there.
10. Agasod - Bina : Another Pain in Neck. Freights have been dispatched first resulting in halting at outers. Plus a zone change so no further explanation required. Agasod - Bina - Kurwai Kethora is another Auto Signalling target area.
11. Bina - Sukhisewaniyan : Fair Enough run if 3rd line is used properly by WCR.
12. Sukhisewaniyan - Bhopal : Pain in the @$$. Totally screwed up. Guaranteed waiting at outers. You need a stroke of luck for direct entry into BPL. Reason: Only 1 PF is used for Down Train (Towards ET), 2 PFs are used in rare instances. Given it a crew change point and watering point, 10 min halt is minimum it takes. So B2B trains are seen at outers .
Also Though PF 2 and 3 are used for Up trains towards VGLJ, HBJ halt and BPL outer halt still exists (Don't know why so)
