On main line BZA RJY 150km is given 1hr 55 mins and it's taking 1hr 50mins on daily basis without stop. Then 140km with stops how it will given that speed and running time. Whatever PSR km is there in BZA RJY section even NSP have same PSR km. So can be given max 1hr 45 min. If upto BVRM JN it's ok that too they need to speedup upto BZA by 20 mins. Utilisation does not mean running the train with 20%-30% occupancy for 100+km then it will not recover operational and incremental maintenance costs. Already they are such VB running and wasting resources of IR.
