Southern Railway has notified to operate the following TOD Special trains to Kashi (BSB) from 15/12/2023 to 02/01/2024 in view of the KashiTamil Sangamam. The details are as under:

Second and Furthermore, Can you ask concerned ppl / authorities (e.g. Southern Railway) to clarify "with the situation in Chennai, would it even begin this as well as the other Chennai KTS Spl" ?

Yes but who cares see even the postponed formula 4 will now take place on Dec 15 and 16. When we see the tale of affected people in flooded area we wonder even if there is a govt here. Govt has requested 5060 crore for flood and Annamalai demands the white paper on 4000 crore which was supposed to be used for mitigation of flood before cyclone came. Talking one thing when in opposition but doing the other when coming to power is the curse of this country ЁЯШв
I feel it's better that they not launch only the Chennai-based trains to Varanasi since both of us as well as others in IRI know the plight of Chennai currently...ЁЯСН
There is still weeks time and every thing will settle by this weekend. This is just half of what happened in Dec 2015 floods in Chennai. People from other parts of Tamil Nadu will also travel. In Vizag 2014 Huhdud we experienced winds of 200kmph and restoration of power took 4-10 days , water for 3 days. Just spoke to my sister who stays in Sholinganullur informed that things are getting normal from today.
I hope ur fam whose stuck in Chennai or its nearby places are doing fine and let's hope for the best....ЁЯЩПЁЯЩПЁЯЩП
