Railway officials are planning to talk to the bank about keeping the ATM open at night. The automatic ticketing machines are closed at night because they require a licensed operator, who cannot work 24 hours. Passengers are expressing concerns about the ATM closure and are requesting that the railway authorities intervene to keep the ATM open at night. The bank manager will be contacted to inquire about the reasons behind the ATM closure.

Dusri taraf, raat mein general ticket counter par teenon automatic ticket vending machines bhi band ho jaati hain, jisse counter pe passengers ki lambi queue lagti hai. Tatanagar se raat mein Ranchi, Sambalpur, Mumbai, Pune, Okha, Hapa aur Ahmedabad ke liye Hawaada aur Shalimar se chalne wali lambi doori ki trains jaati hain. Isse saikdon log Tatanagar mein utarte aur chadhte hain. Railway officials ke anusar, station par raat mein SBI ki ATM band na karne ke liye bank se baat karenge. Dusri taraf, ATVMs machines band hone ka karan bhi clear kiya gaya. Provision ke anusar machine mein license holder ka hona jaruri hai aur ek person 24 ghante ticket nahin bech sakta. Isse raat mein kuchh der ATVMs band hoti hai. Raat mein station par ATM band hone se passengers ko pareshani hoti hai. Isse railway ko bank se contact karke raat mein ATM khulvana chahiye. Passengers ne ATM band hone ki complaint ki hai aur railway authorities se ATM raat mein band na karne ki appeal ki hai. Bank manager se ATM band hone ki wajah jaanne ke liye contact kiya jayega.
