Ok in that case, its not something from railways side, no matter if railways augments more Non AC coaches, they simply will still crowd AC Coaches then.
I assumed it would be a case of Less SL/GEN but it turns out thats not the case.
Although railways can still appoint RPF in trains on this sidr and prevtn unlawful access to AC Compartments....
