Kavach is an indigenous system developed by RDSO with three Indian vendors. It enhances train safety by preventing signal passing at danger, overspeeding, and facilitating train operation during adverse weather conditions. The system automatically applies brakes, repeats signals in the cab, and provides speed control, ensuring train safety and efficiency.
