They also requested a new train service between Sitamarhi and Muzaffarpur, with stops at Parmajivara-Tarajivara, Benipuri Halt, and Shahid Juba Sahni stations. They further demanded the resumption of the Muzaffarpur-Sealdah Passenger and Samastipur-Siwan Intercity trains, which were discontinued due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and an increase in the frequency of MEMU trains between Samastipur-Muzaffarpur and Muzaffarpur-Sonepur.
