People are hopeful that the Railway Board will soon make a positive decision and fulfill their demands. A memorandum was submitted to MP Chandra Prakash Chaudhary and Independent Director of the Ministry of Finance, Vineeta Kumari, demanding a stop at Salaiya station, citing its high passenger traffic. Passengers who were traveling on the train on Sunday were happy about the extension to Madhupur. They included Nukul Sav from Jamua going to Gujarat, Sandeep Mukherjee from Giridih going to Kolkata, Shyamali Dutta going to Kolkata, and Mukesh Kumar from Giridih going to Patna.
