back to Jhinjhak station and the driver and conductor were removed from duty. A high-level investigation into the incident has been initiated by railway officials. The incident occurred at 6:29 AM when the FCOCN Down freight train crossed a red home signal while approaching from Delhi. The station superintendent, Rajendra Singh Meena, noticed the overshot and immediately sent a memo to cut off the electrical supply. The supply was shut down at 6:35 AM, by which time the train had traveled 1.5 km. Fortunately, no accident occurred. Several other trains were also held up at Jhinjhak, Fafund, and Dibaiyaapur before the incident. The station superintendent piloted the train back to the station and informed higher authorities about the incident. Preliminary investigations have been initiated by railway officials.
