Proposed bullet train se Mysore aur Chennai ke beech ka current travel time, jo ki 6 hours 30 minutes hai, almost aadha ho jaayega aur sirf 2 hours 25 minutes mein poora ho jaayega. Maximum 350 km/h ki speed aur 750 passengers ki capacity ke saath, bullet train se business activities mein boost aane ki ummid hai aur isse bahut economic benefits milne waale hain.
