Singh ne bataaya ki Mangalwar ko Vaishali Express train New Delhi se Gorakhpur aa rahi thi. AC coach mein do yaatriyon ke paas rail ticket nahin tha. Yaatriyon ne bataaya ki unhe coach attendant Akhilesh Kumar ne bithaaya hai. Is dauraan Akhilesh bhi mauke par pahunch gaya aur yaatriyon se ticket maangne ka virodh karne laga. Uske manmaaneppan ka virodh karne par woh yaatriyon ki taraf se maar-peet par aamada ho gaya. TTE Man Singh ne Gonda RPF ko memo dekar maamle ki shikayat ki. Jispar RPF ne aropit Akhilesh Kumar ko hiraसत में ले लिया. TTE ke anusaar bagair rail ticket ke yaatra karne walon ki pehchaan Anmol Kumar, ward number 8 Bareth Saharsa Bihar aur Ashish Kumar niwasi Tamkulha Bareth Saharsa Bihar ke roop mein hui hai. TTE Man Singh ne bataaya ki coach attendant Akhilesh Kumar isse pehle bhi TTE Irshad Ahmad se yaatriyon ko bagair rail ticket yaatra karane ka virodh karne par maar-peet kar chuka hai. Isse pehle bhi uske khilaf Gonda mein hi FIR darj karaya ja chuka hai.
