Delhi-Tundla-Kanpur and Delhi-Moradabad-Lucknow section are so heavily overloaded.
Why railway is not diverting Bihar(Saharsa,Darbhanga etc.), New Jalpaiguri and North East/Guwahati bound trains via Sitapur-Gonda-Gorakhpur-Siwan-Chhapra.

more... cities I mentioned above although it will take time but major loser is Sitapur. I feel Sitapur should get more trains.
I think at least 1 Rajdhani should be diverted via Sitapur and if speed constrains doesn't allow then the track should be made to withstand speed of at least 110 km/h if not 130 km/h.
If anyone knows mps on this route then please mention it and also the trains which you feel get overloaded from Chhapra to Guwahati and don't need to go to Kanpur/Lucknow to make the situation worse inside the coach.

If Kanpur and Lucknow can handle the passengers, then these cities I mentioned can too, even though it might take some time. But the one suffering the most is Sitapur. I think they should get more trains, dude.
