Redevelopment works at Egmore railway station on track: SR

Road. The terminals will be G+3 structures with waiting lounges, ticketing areas, commercial spaces, and a roof plaza. Additionally, the project includes a G+5 multi-level parking area on both roads, which will also house a budget hotel and commercial space. The parcel office on Poonamallee High Road is planned as a G+2 structure. The SR is coordinating with Chennai Metro Rail Limited for the multi-level car parking and is working with stakeholders, including CMRL, GCC, TNEB, the Environmental Department, the Divisional Forest Office, and MTC, on utility shifting. The project is progressing smoothly with 80% of pile cap work and 100% of piling completed at the multi-level parking lot on the Gandhi-Irwin Road side.

Road pe aur dusra Poonamallee High Road pe. Donon terminals G+3 structure honge, jisme waiting lounges, ticketing areas, commercial spaces aur roof plaza honge. Iske alawa, dono roads pe G+5 multi-level parking area bhi banaya ja raha hai, jisme ek budget hotel aur commercial space bhi hoga. Parcel office Poonamallee High Road pe G+2 structure hoga. SR, Chennai Metro Rail Limited se coordinate kar raha hai multi-level car parking ke liye aur stakeholders, CMRL, GCC, TNEB, Environmental Department, Divisional Forest Office, aur MTC ke saath utility shifting ke liye kaam kar rahi hai. Project ka kaam smoothly chal raha hai aur Gandhi-Irwin Road side ke multi-level parking lot pe 80% pile cap ka kaam aur 100% piling ka kaam complete ho gaya hai.
