The control room immediately informed all stations about the lost bag. The passenger reported the lost bag at IT Metro Station and was informed that the bag had been found and was safe. He received his bag, including his laptop, at Bhutnath station at 12:18 pm.

pe apna bag bhul aaye hain. Security guard ne bag ko control room mein rakh diya aur har station ko yeh bata diya ki bag mil gaya hai. IT station pe, passenger ne apna bag kho diye hone ki complaint ki aur unhe bataya gaya ki bag safe hai. Bhutnath station pe unhe 12:18 pm pe apna bag aur laptop mil gaya.
