Accident tab hua jab trolley, jisme railway employees the, track par unattended chhod di gayi thi. Train driver ki prompt action ke baad bhi, engine ko kaafi nuksan hua. Investigation se engineering department ke DENs, including several railway officials ki negligence samne aayi hai, jinhone facts ko chhipane aur investigation ko delay karne ke liye kaam kiya hai. Accident ne Jabalpur Railway Division mein safety practices ke baare mein chinta paida ki hai, kyunki yeh pehla incident nahi hai jisme negligence ke wajah se accidents hue hain. Incident se yeh bhi pata chala ki required safety measures nahi li gayi thi, aur trolley ko operation ke liye certify nahi kiya gaya tha. Accident ne Railway Board ko investigation ke liye prompt kiya hai, aur yeh bataya ki accountability aur improved safety protocols ki jarurat hai.
