Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 6,000 railway projects worth ₹85,000 crore on Tuesday. The Chaibasa event was attended by Singhbhum MP Geeta Koda, who also inaugurated stalls set up under the 'One Station, One Product' initiative. She emphasized the importance of the modernization of smaller stations and highlighted the role of Prime Minister Modi in connecting Chaibasa with the rest of the country. She also stated that the revitalization of the railways is a guarantee of a developed India. The event was attended by former MLA Jawaharlal Banra, former minister Badkunwar Gagrai, BJP district president Sanjay Pandey, and others.
