have approved the project, and currently 15-20 freight trains operate on the DFC track. Officials expect 120 freight trains to operate daily on the DFC line within six months. Passenger trains are expected to benefit from the DFC line as the reduction in freight traffic on the main line will allow for the introduction of new passenger trains and increase train speed. The DFC is connected to the main line at 8 locations in Gujarat, enabling the diversion of mail-express trains in emergencies.

uchch-starriya vibhagiya samiti ne NOC diya hai aur ab 15 se 20 maalgadiyon ko DFC track par dodaya ja raha hai. Adhikariyon ke kahane praman, sab kuchh samusutharun par padhega to 6 mahino mein 120 maalgadi roj DFC line par dodegi. DFC line ka laabh passenger trainon ko milega. Kyunki main line se maalgadiyon ka load ghatne se, nayi musafir trainon ke sanchalan ki sambhavna badh jaayegi. Saath hi trainon ki speed bhi badhegi. Isse train moti hone ki ghatna kam banegi. Katokati ki koi bhi sthiti mein mail-express trainon ko DFC par divert karke sanchalik kiya ja sake, iske liye Gujarat mein main line se DFC line ko 8 sthalon pe jod diya gaya hai.
