The situation is further aggravated by parking in unauthorized areas like the ATM zone and the reservation office area, leading to further congestion and inconveniences for passengers. Despite awareness of the issue, railway authorities claim they haven't received any complaints. The small amount of money extorted discourages passengers from filing complaints, giving the contractors free reign to exploit the situation.

hai aur passengers ko bahut pareshani ho rahi hai, kuchh log apni trains bhi miss kar rahe hain delays ki wajah se. No-parking signs aur fines ki warning ke baavajood contractors befikri se apna kaam kar rahe hain. Situation aur bhi kharab hai ATM zone aur reservation office area mein parking ki wajah se, isse passengers ko aur bhi pareshani ho rahi hai. Railway authorities ko yeh sab pata hai, but unka kehna hai ki unko koi complaint nahi mili hai. Passengers zyada complain nahi karte, kyunki contractors sirf 10-20 rupees lete hain, toh koi apna time waste nahi karna chahta complaint karne mein. Isse contractors ko apna kaam freely karne ki chhut mil jaati hai.
