overbridge's condition is still pending. The court, presided over by Chief Justice Arun Bhansali and Justice Vikas Budhwar, granted an extension based on this. The petition, filed by social activist Kamlesh Singh, argues that the bridge was repaired recently at a significant cost and was closed abruptly without a scientific investigation report. The petition further states that the closure has caused traffic congestion and that there is no proposal for constructing a new overbridge in its place. The petitioner's advocate, Vijay Chandra Srivastava, requests a thorough inspection and either repair or a new bridge to be built.

IIT BHU Varanasi ki report abhi nahi aayi hai. Usi ka intezaar kiya ja raha hai. Isliye additional time diya jaaye. Social activist Kamlesh Singh ki Janhit yaachika ki sunwai karte hue yeh aadesh Chief Justice Arun Bhansali aur Justice Vikas Budhwar ki bench ne diya hai. Yaachi advocate Vijay Chandra Srivastava ne bataya ki pul ki kuchh saal pehle laakhon rupee se marammat ki gayi thi. Bina scientific jaanch report ke achanak kamjor bata kar band kar diya gaya hai. Isse dhvast kiya jaana hai, lekin usi jagah par doosra railway overbridge banane ka koi proposal nahi hai. Bridge band hone se traffic jam se jhujhna pad raha hai. Yaachika mein pul ki jaanch kar marammat ya naya bridge banane ki maang ki gayi hai.
