kmph on certain lines near the Gir sanctuary. However, the court was unimpressed with the measures and criticized the Forest Department for not conducting any inquiries into two lion deaths in January. The court reprimanded the government for not producing an inquiry report despite a court order, emphasizing that their actions only occur after court intervention. The court ordered the chief conservator of forests and the divisional railway manager to submit affidavits explaining their inaction and ordered immediate implementation of the new SOP.

raat mein train movement band kar di gayi hai, aur Gir sanctuary ke paas kuchh specific lines pe 40 kmph ki speed maintain ki ja rahi hai. Lekin court isse impressed nahi hua aur Forest Department ko January mein hui do lion deaths pe inquiry na karne ke liye criticize kiya. Court ne government ko court order ke baad bhi inquiry report na submit karne pe reprimand kiya, aur yeh bhi kaha ki government sirf court interference ke baad action leti hai. Court ne chief conservator of forests aur divisional railway manager ko affidavit submit karne ka order diya hai, jismein woh apna inaction justify karenge, aur court ne new SOP ko immediately implement karne ka bhi order diya hai.
