aur yaatriyon ki suvidha mein sudhar karne ke liye hai. Ek team banayi gayi hai jisme khanapeena inspector, swasthya inspector, aur station ke commerce supintendent shamil hain. Officers ko AC aur sleeper coach mein yaatriyon se feedback lene hai aur uspe report banakar Chakradharpur Mandal Mukhyalaya ko bhejna hai. Survey team ko station pe waiting hall, pani, pankhe, aur safai ki vyavastha, lift, escalator, automatic ticket vending machine, water vending machine, water cooler machine, restaurant, aur stall ki khane ki chijon ki quality check karni hai. Train mein, coach ki safai, toilet mein pani, aur seat ki sthiti pe report banani hogi. Officers ko yeh bhi kaha gaya hai ki woh station pe illegal hawkers aur bahari kuliyon ka pravesh rokne ke liye RPF aur GRP ki madad se nirmaan jaanch karein.
