The points is then where is the money been spent in development of railways in HWH-Mumbai route gone? If money had really been spent in development then trains would have run punctuallly, speed would have increased and would have been a smooth travel in this route. But this didn't happened and so we see this after 5 yrs. Was the money gone in Corruption? Since we don't have railway budget now so identification of money spend is clear.
