The Center for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) is making changes to its software to verify the special ID cards issued to disabled passengers in trains that do not offer concessionary fares. Additionally, CRIS will ensure that when a disabled passenger books a ticket on a Vande Bharat train, they are given seat number 40, specially designed in coach numbers C-1, C-7, and C-14. If a disabled passenger has already booked a ticket on a Vande Bharat train but the seats reserved for their attendant are vacant, the disabled passenger may be offered those vacant seats. Online booking is available only for disabled passengers with a special ID card issued by the Railways. For booking at counters, a copy of the concession certificate must be submitted on a prescribed form.

Center for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) un trains mein disability wale logon ko jaari special ID card ka verification karne ke liye apne software mein zaruri changes kar raha hai, jahan concessionary fare available nahin hai. CRIS ye bhi ensure karega ki jab koi disability wala passenger Vande Bharat mein ticket book karega, toh use coach number C-1, C-7 aur C-14 mein specially designed seat number 40 di jaaye. Agar Vande Bharat mein disability wala passenger ne ticket book kar liya hai, parantu unke attendant ke liye nirdeshit ek ya dono seats khali hain toh disability wala passenger ko khali seat di ja sakti hai. Online booking sirf un disability wale logon ke liye available hoga, jinko Railways ne special ID card jaari kiya hai. Counter par ticket book karne ke liye nirdeshit proforma mein concessionary pramanpatra ki prati present karne par ye facility available hogi.
