more... complete. Track construction has now moved towards the ramp area near MacRobertganj. Once track construction is complete here, the route for the metro from IIT to Nayaganj will be ready on the up-line. Track construction in the down-line tunnel between Nayaganj station and Bada Chauraha station is also complete. To lay track between Nayaganj station and Chunni Ganj station, railway tracks were first lowered to the ground. FBW (Flash Butt Weld) plants were also lowered to the ground near the under-construction Bada Chauraha and Chunni Ganj underground metro stations to weld the rails. After welding and laying the rails, the process of pouring track slabs was completed. Now that track construction to Chunni Ganj station is complete, the laying and welding of rails are in progress until the final end of the cut and cover section or tunnel near MacRobertganj. The work of laying track slabs in this stretch has also begun.

Yahaan track banne ka kaam khatam hote hi ‘up-line‘ pe IIT se Nayaganj tak metro ke liye rasta taiyaar ho jaayega. Nayaganj station se Bada Chauraha station tak ‘downline‘ tunnel me bhi track banne ka kaam pura ho chuka hai. Nayaganj station se Chunni Ganj station tak track banne ke liye pehle rail patariyon ko niche utara gaya. Bada Chauraha aur Chunni Ganj underground metro station ke paas cut out se rail patariyon ko niche utara gaya aur unko weld karne ke liye FBW (Flash Butt Weld) plant ko bhi niche utara gaya. Iske baad rail patariyon ki welding aur unhe bhichane ki puri process ki gayi. Rail patariyon ko bhichane ke baad track slabs ki dhalai ka kaam kiya gaya. Chunni Ganj station tak track banne ka kaam pura hone ke baad ab MacRobertganj ke paas cut and cover section ya tunnel ke aakhiri chhor tak rail patariyon ko bhichane aur unhe weld karne ka kaam chal raha hai. Is stretch me track slabs ki dhalai ka kaam bhi shuru ho gaya hai.
