work on the RRI building. The quality of the building was deemed poor, with cracks appearing in the walls. The unfinished building caused difficulties for employees in carrying out their duties. The restroom, CWM & CI offices, RPF room, and other rooms are yet to be constructed. Chief Engineer B.N. Bhaskar declined to comment on the matter. Other officials present included the Divisional Engineer (State) R.K. Singh, IOW P.N. Gupta, Chief Yard Master Pathardih S.K. Jha, and Uttam Kumar.
