a high number of complaints, including Train No. 16127 Chennai Egmore-Guruvayur Express, Train No. 16235 Thoothukudi-Mysuru Express, and Train No. 12635 Chennai Egmore-Madurai Vaigai Superfast Express, were targeted. Southern Railway has also added extra trains with unreserved and sleeper class coaches to accommodate the high passenger volume during the festival season.
